Association policy coverage is occasioned by the following named perils only: covers loss or damage, through fire, lightning, windstorm, hail, hurricane, explosion, smoke, falling aircraft, falling objects, land vehicle, theft, vandalism, malicious mischief, sudden and accidental discharge and backup of sewer, sudden and accidental discharge of water, and accidental glass breakage.
